Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and anticipatory problem-solving
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and billing processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for service improvement
- Participate in daily briefings and uphold brand standards across all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel/hospitality experience with proven guest service excellence
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi) and MS Office
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
