Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- Drive continuous improvement through staff development programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in revenue generation and P&L management
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of Chicago hospitality market
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Illinois hospitality management certification preferred
