Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities while maintaining par levels
- Respond promptly to guest requests for turndown service, extra towels, or room adjustments
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Facilities Manager
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English proficiency with excellent communication abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
