Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens while adhering to sustainability protocols
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally through our digital task system
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to engineering team
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness during high-occupancy periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations
- Follow COVID-19 enhanced sanitation protocols and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid CA driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with impeccable time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Fluent English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
