Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and assisting with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Managing hotel reservations, room assignments, and handling inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolving guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Processing payments accurately and handling cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
