Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily financial transactions and reports
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late arrivals and early departures
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Prepare occupancy reports and financial summaries for management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight needs
- Handle cash handling procedures and safe deposit operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Professional communication skills for diverse guest interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
