Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, and folding
- Stock and restock household supplies (toiletries, linens, cleaning products)
- Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and report maintenance issues
- Adapt to special client requests and seasonal cleaning protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to Boston locations
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred but not required
