- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are fully stocked
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly
- Adhere to strict cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage linen inventory and laundry processes
- Provide exceptional guest service during room service interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Attention to detail with high standards
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and operate cleaning equipment
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
