Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Restock amenities and ensure supplies meet luxury standards
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and manage linen inventory
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with front desk for room status updates
- Train new housekeeping staff on procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment
- Excellent communication in English
