Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards
- Manage linen inventory and ensure proper room replenishment with fresh supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all health department protocols and sustainability practices
- Provide exceptional guest service during room preparation and turndown services
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
