Responsibilities
- Perform meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and maintain inventory of supplies
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards per CDC guidelines
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and operational excellence
- Provide exceptional guest service during interactions
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning equipment
- Follow established schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or luxury environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning equipment operation
