- Handle reservation inquiries and optimize room occupancy
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services
- Maintain organized front desk documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Columbus attractions
