As a key member of our guest services team, you'll handle reservation systems, process payments, resolve guest inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping/management to exceed expectations. Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments using PMS software
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and service requests
- Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain security protocols for guest information and hotel assets
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Fresno attractions and transportation
- Customer service certification preferred
