Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests with precision and efficiency while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Manage reservations, handle billing inquiries, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records using hotel management software
- Act as local resource for attractions, dining, and events in El Paso
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols per brand standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
