Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures for resort guests
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and exceed expectations
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) effectively
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if applicable)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Spanish language skills preferred
