Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and prompt issue resolution
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Maintain accurate records and utilize property management systems
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout guest areas
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in property management software (Opera, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and events
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
