As a Weekend Shift Agent, you will be the face of our property, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. We pride ourselves on our premium service standards and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests, checking them in with efficiency and a smile.
- Reservation Management: Manage the front desk operations, including processing reservations and answering incoming calls with accuracy.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, local recommendations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and balance nightly reports with 100% accuracy.
- Security & Access: Monitor lobby security, manage key cards, and ensure the safety and privacy of all guests.
- Maintenance Liaison: Communicate maintenance issues to the engineering team promptly to maintain our high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in front desk or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or hotel software is a plus.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude are essential.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
