Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
- Monitor security systems and access control for the safety of guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, GuestHub).
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
