Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Assist guests with registration, key distribution, and checkout processes efficiently.
- Guest Support: Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Reservations: Support the reservations team by managing walk-ins and special requests.
- Problem Resolution: Address minor guest concerns and escalate complex issues to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we value attitude over experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Focus: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong desire to help others.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
