Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Cross-train with other departments to support hotel operations during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on customer service excellence.
