Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using our property management system.
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with strict accuracy and security.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with reservation management and special requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
