Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and accurate greetings.
- Managing the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and taking detailed messages.
- Assisting with guest check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and verifying identification.
- Providing information regarding local attractions, dining options, and transportation to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area and lobby.
- Resolving guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and property upkeep.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
