Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Assist with lobby maintenance and upholding the high aesthetic standards of the property.
- Participate in weekend shift training and team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
