Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with precision, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately using our property management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Stay informed about local attractions, events, and dining options to provide exceptional recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
