Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle all incoming calls, reservations, and guest inquiries with a customer-first approach.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk lobby area.
- Enforce hotel policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with PMS software is a plus.
