Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage night audit functions, including cash handling, banking, and reconciliations.
  • Handle complex guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with diplomacy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel front office management, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Strong proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel property management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Certification in Front Office Operations is a plus.
