Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to maintain high service standards.
- Manage night audit functions, including cash handling, banking, and reconciliations.
- Handle complex guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure front office readiness.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Housekeeping and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel front office management, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Strong proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel property management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Certification in Front Office Operations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
