Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest journey
- Manage room assignments and ensure seamless weekend occupancy rates
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup and guest services for weekend functions
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
