Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out with warm professionalism
- Manage room assignments and optimize weekend occupancy rates
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with solution-oriented approaches
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Basic cash handling and financial reconciliation abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
