Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-in/check-out, concierge support, and personalized assistance
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless turnarounds
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using PMS systems
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and service excellence
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to resolve guest issues proactively
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
