Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Manage room assignments and VIP guest requests with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for real-time issue resolution
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Operate switchboard for multi-line phone systems and external communications
- Conduct turndown services and prepare guest rooms for weekend arrivals
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or high-end hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and late shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
