Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services at the front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge support
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping requests
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with dining and event teams for seamless guest experiences
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Contribute to weekend occupancy optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ohio food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
