Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in housekeeping duties to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash logs for the shift.
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing daily reports.
- Uphold strict security protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
