Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and public areas.
- Assist with coordinating housekeeping requests and maintenance tickets.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately.
- Ensure security protocols are followed during evening shifts.
- Collaborate with the front office team to manage lobby flow and guest queues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (preferred).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
