Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Conduct nightly inspections of the lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding local Dallas attractions and dining options to assist guests.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – We value attitude and work ethic over history.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts (rotating availability considered).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the hotel property for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
