Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests entering the hotel lobby or arriving for events.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure all public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms are spotless, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Guest Assistance: Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and directions in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist housekeeping staff with deep cleaning tasks, restocking amenities, and preparing rooms for new arrivals.
- Event Support: Help set up and break down for hotel events, conferences, and banquets as required.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
