Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional, and welcoming tone.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments accurately and prepare guest folios for checkout.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (English is required; Spanish is highly valued).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
