Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and in-person requests
- Manage room assignments, key distribution, and guest inquiries with efficiency

- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup and guest activities in common areas
- Maintain detailed logs of guest preferences and special requests

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Flexible schedule availability including nights and early mornings
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid Missouri hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
