Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Manage luggage storage and transportation services with efficiency and care.
- Monitor public areas, including the lobby and restrooms, to ensure pristine cleanliness.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Collaborate with the front office and housekeeping teams to resolve guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
