Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are stocked and arranged according to strict luxury standards.
- Handle laundry and linen management efficiently, including sorting, washing, folding, and pressing.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Provide a welcoming, professional experience for residents and guests.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the shift timeframe.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality or residential setting is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a valid ID and work authorization.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
