Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone calls.
- Provide information about local San Jose attractions, dining, and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and restrooms.
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Support the housekeeping team with special requests or room turnovers.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
