Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and grace.
- Assist with breakfast service and maintain the dining area.
- Conduct nightly room inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Process payments and handle cash handling with accuracy.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or hotel PMS systems is a plus.
