- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for weekend occupancyHandle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records and financial transactions

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
