Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services during weekend shifts (check-ins, check-outs, concierge support)
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and process payments
- Collaborate with cross-department teams for seamless operations
- Maintain safety standards and emergency protocols

Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
