Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless check-in/check-out procedures.
- Supervise and assist weekend staff to guarantee high-quality service delivery at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and with a smile.
- Monitor room availability and update the Property Management System (PMS) accurately.
- Ensure the lobby, reception area, and common spaces maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues efficiently.
- Assist with weekend events and ensure all operational protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
- High school diploma or GED required.
