Your Role:
You will be the face of our hotel, ensuring our guests feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive. This position is perfect for those looking to work weekends without sacrificing career growth.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, checking them in and out with efficiency and a smile.
- Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and guest requests promptly and accurately.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and restrooms.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems with precision.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software.
- A valid Driver's License is a plus.
