What You Will Do:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure rooms are stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and amenities.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any damages or safety hazards.
- Follow all brand standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Room Sanitization: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest amenities, replace used towels, and ensure rooms are aesthetically pleasing upon arrival.
- Maintenance Liaison: Identify and report maintenance issues (lighting, fixtures, plumbing) to the engineering department promptly.
- Stock Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations, including chemical handling and infection control.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct even the smallest imperfections in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
