Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room status updates and coordinate housekeeping requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with F&B and event teams for seamless service delivery
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain pristine public area standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-volume hospitality experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun shifts)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Valid Michigan Food Handler/ServSafe certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
