Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.).
- Vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and chemical handling instructions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and checklists.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
