Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out, concierge support, and room coordination
- Manage high-volume weekend operations with efficiency and grace under pressure
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Maintain pristine public spaces and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during weekends
- Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts (mornings, evenings, nights)
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) a plus
- Valid Michigan driver's license may be required for errands
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification beneficial
