Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in residential and commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Restock toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to maintain a fully equipped environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to address specific cleaning requests and ensure quality control.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times while on the job.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols regarding chemical handling and equipment usage.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates for immediate hire.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (optional but preferred for travel).
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
